A child’s dignity, safety, privacy and right to appropriate boundaries come before promotional impact.
Identity and location
We do not publish a child’s full name, school, identity document, contact details or live location.
Images and stories
Family stories, training photographs and programme material require review of consent, usage scope and expiry before publication.
Enquiries and enrollment
A general enquiry should never require a child’s identity document. Formal enrollment data belongs in a controlled process.
Historic-site review
Legacy WordPress content containing names, schools, locations or historic consent needs a documented clean-up review.
